10:30 – Check-in at Radisson BLU Split (LINK)

13:00 – Lunch at The Fig Leaf (on-site) – set menu (LINK)

STARTER
Tomato-Basil Soup, Burrata Toast and Basil Oil.

MAINS
Braised Beef Cheek, Mash Potato, Charred Carrot and Gremolata 
OR Grilled Swordfish with creamy spinach, Celeriac Puree and Giardiniera

DESSERT
Chocolate Ganache Cake, Pistachio Crumble, Mascerated Cherries

15:00–17:00 – Conference Session (meeting point TBC)

20:00 – Dinner at Triton Restaurant (on-site) (LINK)  Guests may choose one of the following menus:

A. SEAFOOD MENU
Cold seafood plate: Octopus salad, Saint-Jacques carpaccio, and shark saura
Main course: White fish fillet with Brussels sprout cream, fish bone demi-glace, and wild greens croquette
Dessert: Almond parfait with fig, sour cherry and raisin cream, sage gel, and carob soil

OR 

B. MEAT MENU
Starter: Foie gras bonbon wrapped in prosciutto with kulen pâté and asparagus cream
Main course: Veal medallions with potatoes, demi-glace sauce, apple cream, Brussels sprout purée, and seasonal salad
Dessert: Panna cotta with skuta cheese from the island of Brač and island oranges

OR

C. VEGETARIAN MENU
Starter: Salad with burrata
Main course: Vegetable risotto
Dessert: Vanilla ice cream with roasted nuts, pumpkin seed oil, and fig sauce

 

Sunday, 10 May

From 07:30 – Breakfast

09:30 – Boat excursion to Čiovo Island: Two RIB boats will collect the group from the hotel for a scenic ride across the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic. During the trip we will make several stops for swimming and snorkelling. On Čiovo Island, a relaxed lunch will be served before returning to the hotel. Menu TBC

14:30 – Arrival back at the hotel

15:00–17:00 – Free time

18:00–20:00 – Private guided tour of Split and Diocletian’s Palace

20:00 – Dinner at Porto Fino (Split city centre) Menu TBC (LINK)

 

Monday, 11 May

From 07:30 – Breakfast

09:30–13:00 – Guided excursion to Trogir and Klis Fortress: Depart from the hotel for a guided tour exploring the UNESCO World Heritage city of Trogir and the spectacular Klis Fortress, famously featured in Game of Thrones. The excursion includes expert local guides and free time for photos and independent exploration before returning to the hotel.

13:00 – Lunch at Mistral Beach Club (on-site) Menu TBC (LINK)

15:00–17:00 – Conference Session

19:00 – Meeting point at the hotel reception for a walk along the seafront to Dvor Restaurant

20:00 – Dinner at Dvor. Menu TBC (LINK)

22.00 – Refreshments in town
