Preliminary schedule:

 

2nd, Wednesday

 

06.00: Departure time of flight SK6003.

10.30 Arrival to Malaga.

11.00 Private transfer to hotel (45 min).

11.45 Check-in. Hopefully, you have access to rooms, if not changing facilities and baggage service are available.  

12.00-14.50 Lunch and free time.

14.50-18.00 Relaxed cruise (2 hours). Transfer leaves from PR reception at 14.50 toward Estepona Marina and 17.35 from Estepona Marina back to the hotel. Just like for any boat trip, if you are sensitive to « sea movements » take a seasickness pill beforehand. 

20.00 Dinner at BIBO (on-site). Due to Corona, tables of more than ten people are not allowed, you are seated on three separate tables. A set menu has been chosen, special dietary requests and allergies have been noted by the restaurant. 

 

3rd, Thursday

 

7.30 onward: Breakfast.

9.00-11.00 Conference room with coffee, tea and fruit (Sala Cadiz).

11.00-12.50 Lunch and free time.

13.00-15.00 Tennis or Yoga (Meeting point for both is at the tennis club reception at 12.50).

16.00-18.00 Conference room with coffee, tea and fruit (Sala Cadiz)

20.00 Dinner at SERAFINA (on-site). Due to Corona, tables of more than ten people are not allowed, you are seated on three separate tables. À la carte for this dinner, you will need to remind them of any special dietary requests and allergies.

 

4th, Friday

 

7.30 onward: Breakfast 

9.00-12.00 Conference room with coffee, tea and fruit (Sala Cadiz)

12.00-15.00 Lunch and free time

15.00-17.00 Wine tasting (Meeting point at Patio Sur at the hotel) or Padel Tennis (Meeting point at the tennis club, next to the Padel courts)

20.00 Dinner SEAGRILL (on-site). Due to Corona, tables of more than ten people are not allowed, you are seated on three separate tables. A set menu has been chosen, special dietary requests and allergies have been noted by the restaurant. 

 

5th, Saturday

 

7.30 onward breakfast

9.00 Transfer to Malaga Airport, leaving from PR reception. Please be checked out and ready to leave at this time
